Cancellation policy

In the box below, you will find the amount of the fees charged in the event of cancellation.

You can cancel your booking by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation e-mail and following the instructions on your screen.

If your reservation includes a booking fee, please note that this is non-refundable.

It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause for cancellation has occurred.

In accordance with article 221-28, the customer has no right of withdrawal when purchasing leisure services.

Cancellation fees

Free cancellation 48 hours before arrival. If cancelled later or in the event of a no-show, the first night without extras is charged and non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation, if you have paid online for all or part of the reservation, this amount will be refunded after deduction of cancellation fees (except for non-cancellable, non-refundable offers).

Free cancellation 48 hours before arrival. After this period, the first night’s stay will be charged. In the event of a no-show, the first night’s stay will be charged.


Prices include VAT. Tourist tax and local taxes may be charged extra.

Arrival time / Departure time

Your room will be available at reception from the time indicated below.

On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room by the time indicated below. Failure to respect this departure time may result in the invoicing of an additional night.

We recommend that you use the “Comments or additional information” box on the booking form to inform us of your estimated arrival time, especially if it is late.

Latest departure time: 11:00

Payment and billing currency

No payment in guarantee. The credit card number is required but the card will not be charged.


Only category 3 dogs are allowed in the hotel. Small dogs are admitted for a supplement of €5/day, large dogs €8/day. For the safety of our staff and the peace of mind of all, dogs must not be left alone in a room.

Tourism Ombudsman

If the customer has not received a satisfactory response within 1 month, he or she may refer the matter to the Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage (Tourism and Travel Ombudsman), whose contact details and procedures are available on his or her website: www.mtv.travel.
